Warsop Health Hub
Opening June 2024
Welcome
Mansfield District Council is committed to improving the health and wellbeing of the local community.
A brand new health hub in Warsop will open in early June 2024, working in partnership with Vibrant Warsop, Strategic Leisure and Serco Leisure / More Leisure Community Trust.
This website provides information on the plans for the proposed development and will hopefully answer any questions you may have.
This website will be kept updated so please do visit again to stay up-to-date on the development progress.
Happier, healthier lives
The plan for the hub follows detailed research commissioned by the council and its partners in 2019 into the leisure and community provision in Warsop.
The health hub will increase accessibility for physical activity, create an attractive and fun destination for residents and visitors and ensure the leisure service is financially sustainable going forward.
Activities for all
The new hub will offer a range of programmes and services focussed on the health and wellbeing of the local community.
Warsop Health Hub will provide the following:
- Swimming pool (15m by 8m) with splash play
- Changing village
- Café, viewing area and reception area
- Fitness suite
- Multi-purpose hall
- New multi-use games area (MUGA)
The new Health Hub will be developed in Carr Lane Park, with improved access and car parking as part of the plan.
Stay up-to-date
Over the coming months, the council will be sharing the plans and ideas for Warsop Health Hub with the local community, including the progress on the build and any other relevant updates and timescales.
